Empire PC now offers an easy Layaway program to be used on any desktop or laptop system sold. Just a few simple steps to follow and soon you can take your system home with you.

1) Pick any desktop or laptop system and put just 10% of the total purchase price down to have it held for you.

2) Continue to make periodic payments to ensure us you are still interested in the machine. You have a period of three months to make your final payment.

3) Once you make your final payment, take your machine home and enjoy! Any warranty you are entitled to starts the day you take possession of the system.

You may at any time change your mind and cancel your layaway, but we do charge a small fee for doing so. Based on how long your product has been on layaway determines the fee. The fee is as follows:

1) Product has been on layaway for less than two weeks: Full refund of down payment and any other payments minus $10.

2) Product has been on layaway for more than 14 days but less than a 31 days: Full refund of down payment and any other payments made minus $25. In the event that the fee is more than what you’ve paid so far, then we will keep all the money collected so far as a service charge up until the $25 amount.

3) Product has been on layaway for more than a 31 days but less than 91 days: Full refund of down payment and any other payments made minus $50. In the event that the fee is more than what you’ve paid so far, then we will keep all the money collected so far as a service charge up until the $50 amount.

4) If product is on layaway for more than 91 days, we will take the product off layaway and keep all money paid as a service fee.
