I had my first experience with Empire PC today and received great customer service. I neglected to get the gentleman's name who help me but I came in to the Lockport store at about 6:30 looking for a new power button for my PC. The technician working at that time found a button in an old PC that would work for me. He removed it from the old unit and showed me what I needed to do to install it in my unit. Since it was a used unit he didn't charge me for the part. That in itself was truly amazing.
When I got the part home and installed the button it still didn't work. I raced back to the store with my entire PC getting there at about 2 minutes to 7:00 just before closing time. My intention was to leave my computer there to be looked at the next day but the same gentlemen was still there and was able to quickly diagnose that the problem was a bad power supply. Although the store technically was closed and I assume his shift was over he took the time to install a new power supply for me. I was home with my computer up and running by 7:30.
All to often today customer service like that is a thing of the past not to mention the skill to diagnose a problem and fix it that fast. You have found a new customer and I will be recommendimg your store to everyone. Thank you to the person that helped me and thank you to your organization for taking the time to hire such outstanding individuals, it really makes a big difference in the perception of your company.

I have had Empire repair twice and they are just wonderful they do a fast and great job. I had a virus and it was fixed in just minutes saved me a lot of money also.

Absolutely the best! No matter how sick or infected my computer is or how many mistakes this operator makes, they never make you feel stupid or have anything but the utmost patience, knowledge and expertise. Why even consider going anywhere else when it doesn't get any better than Empire PC & Repair.

Jerad at Empire PC & Repair basically saved my professional life - as he brilliantly saved six (6) years of very important computer files.
My back-up system which had been installed by another local company tech failed.
Jerad was calm, kind, and reassuring as he succeeded in restoring every file. Some computer techs are condescending, but Jerad was a true professional.
Just when I thought it couldn't get any better, it did. The invoice for the excellent work done was incredibly fair.

Thanks to Empire PC and Repair, my FABULOUS laptop allows me to do my work while I'm sitting out on my deck! I'm reviewing DVD's, checking facts on the internet and scripting...with absolutely no slow down! LOVE YOU GUYS! Thanks for steering me in the right direction! You really did "take care of I.T.!"

I had a laptop with a dead screen and was using with a monitor for years. Brought it in, a $60 part and 40 minutes later back on the road. A lot cheaper than another whole screen or lap top that I needed to replace the portability. So if you have a system sitting in the closet. Dig it out and bring it in.
Maybe Empire can get your system like a Phoenix, anew.
